Friendly staff made me feel at home. The large room was super clean with a kitchenette, flat-screen TV, and comfortable bed. Great amenities like air conditioning, a private bathroom, and a hot tub. Indoor pool and sauna were a nice touch. Perfect location, just a block from a park and a food co-op.

The employees were very friendly. Our room was disappointing due to the fact our shower tile had mold in the grout and the floor was not clean at our arrival The bathroom felt slanted and the toilet was uncomfortable to sit and lean bsvk due to the slant We were in room 426

We had a great time in Reno, the hotel was upscale and conveniently located near all the activities we had planned. The staff was welcoming and very kind, providing excellent services. The breakfast spread included a variety of healthy food and drinks.

Location was good

Staff was not trained in finding reservations and was slow in doing so. Parking was tight for larger trucks. Room was not what the description said it would have in the rooms. A/c was loud and you could hear the water pipes draining through the whole night

The room I booked was very clean except the shower could have been better cleaned and available with the shower and cooking facilities, as example. The staff was super friendly and outstandingly accommodating all that time. The location in a wonderful area was particularly good.

We had a great 4-night stay at Legacy Vacation Resorts in Reno. The accommodation was spacious and luxurious, and the staff was friendly and provided excellent service. The resort is conveniently located within a 4-6 minute walk from an art museum.

Front office staff was excellent, There were three in the front office, they were fun, friendly and very nice. The front office staff was the very best.

The service at Legacy Vacation Resorts - Reno was really nice. They offer a complimentary wake-up service, which was a nice touch. The resort is centrally located, so it's convenient to access the business center, River Walk, casinos, theaters, museums. We enjoyed a delicious lunch from Nick's Greek Deli, which was just a stone's throw away from the resort.
